"Our car went missing around 3 weeks ago. We assumed the worse for fluffy. Yesterday we saw a poster that looked to match our cat. Fluffy was 4 years old. She had recently had kittens at the beginning of 2024. We got in touch with this company based 30 miles away from where we live to be told they have rehomed our cat and that we cannot have her back. Did not supply any evidence to how fluffy was found nor wanted to discuss and was quite frank and rude on the phone. I’m writing this to let people know how this cat rescue company works. Absolute disgrace and we are truly gutted that we will not be able to see fluffy again. Do not trust these people, you could be taking some ones cat who has a loving home."

The volunteer at Toe Beans has been very helpful in trying to get a good match for our cat. Would highly recommend this organisation, lovely foster carer and all the paperwork was sorted swiftly. We had to wait a bit for our cat as she had just had kittens, but the foster carer sent us regular photos and updates of her, and the volunteer at Toe Beans was very helpful with how everything was progressing. 100% recommend :)"
