"Was a long drive, brilliant communication between ourselves and owners, application and sharing information. We rescued Uno from here. Fantastic. Big respect and a well done for everything you do with the rescue and all the dobies"

The whole process was really straightforward, Ann listened to us and our current set up and paired us with a beautiful 3 year old dog. We've now had her for two years and she's brilliant. We needed to be patient with her, almost like a puppy for two years but now she is fully relaxed, knows her place at home and is a very well rounded dog. Thanks again."

So basically i spoke to ann gibbins a few months ago about rehoming my dog as it wasn't working out well for me and my dog it's probally one of the saddest things ever I've done. Ann was interested at first then I just asked her if it was ok to see the kennels first out of curiosity for my boy and she just turnt on me for no reason at all i apologised to her as i may have offended her and she just turnt on me ignoring my phone calls and emailsA few weeks passed and my partner decided to give ann a call to try for my dog again. Ann was being nice and friendly and helpful to my partner saying she would take him in and give us a call back. A week passed and we heard nothing so my partner called her back to ask and she turnt on her aswell saying oh are you alfies partner my partner said yes then ann said oh im not intrested in taking your dog. making up all these excuses saying she's stressed and all that.Im sorry to write this review but i have broke it down best i could. Ann was not helpful or reassuring at all she was also nasty over the phone and very blunt in the emails she sent. She was reffered to me by a few people but she was awful in my opinion with helping me rehome my dog as im going through a really bad time at the moment. Thanks to ann she's now made it harder for me as i have had to try somewhere else can't stress how annoyed i am with her.I hope the rest of you get on ok with her."

Great support if you need it and a very professional charity."

I had to sadly (most heartbreaking decision I ever made) give up my two Dobies (who were brothers) and the whole transition was made as painless as it could be and had regular updates when they were adopted which eased the pain knowing that they were happy."
