Real Experiences
"I've got 4 cats, 3 have been adopted from rescue me and they are amazing. Informative, very knowledgeable and very professional. Wonderful staff and foster homes with families who are all invested in the well being of the animals. I give them a million gold stars. Thank you for everything you do. Xxxxxx"

6 months ago"Great job they're doing! I notice someone complain about the price to adopt, yet I agree with the price... It ensures you're willing to put more into your new pet. It ensures they're not walking away with someone who can't actually afford them. Why do people not complain about kids as much and how much they cost. If you're not willing to spend £300+ to ensure a dog a safe home, then maybe you're not ready for a dog."

They provided lots of aftercare information and detailed what had been done/how she was through her visit. There's a doggy daycare area where numerous dogs are kept which may be disturbing for those with a phobia of dogs as they're very close to your car when you pull up. The parking/entrance isn't great during busy times, and it's a really small enclosed parking area, but we found it okay whilst we were there as there weren't too many of us. Overall a great experience with them."
2 years ago"It saddens me to write this but I must say that the staff member who called my partner back was very unprofessional and lied to her over the phone. It sounded like staff member heard my partners accent (who is African by the way) and decided that the kitten wasnt right for her. And then proceeded to tell her 'we don't do adoptions to apartments'. Bearing in mind that we had adopted before. There was no care to try and time and understand my partner. I had to takeover the call and explain it to the staff member. As soon as I took over the call and called this staff member out on the lie they had told us several times repeated we had adopted before. The way the staff member treated me differently and treated my partner differently is awful it left my partner feeling very upset. And not happy with the service received. It nearly stopped us adopting a cat who needed rehoming."
