"Came across a poorly fledged seagull and wanted advise on where to take it as it was poorly and we are not from Liverpool, was only there for work. sadly when we called we were told they couldn't help and try another sanctuary or to just leave the bird, we asked for help as we are not from the area and was told to go on facebook... after half an hour of trying other sanctuaries and getting no where i finally rang RSPCA who advised us to take the bird to any vets but to be prepared to take him back where we found him if he is ok. turns out we were right, poor thing was starved and full of flu, the vets were unsure whether he would survive the night. Just sad that we weren't just told to take him to the vets first, it took 5 sanctuaries till we got told, let's hope they didn't have to euthanized him and he was realised."

"Ive always gotten my cats from Animal Aid, the team are dedicated to the welfare of cats and kittens and show so much love and support to them... I like that they really do go the extra mile to make sure the cats/kittens are going to a decent home, I had a house visit and I visited the kittens a few times and we had a private visit with my son to see how he was with them. Love the shop that supports the charity it really is like a little treasure trove of secret goodies - if your going to shop dig deep into the piles of goods you wont be disappointed Thank you for my two cats Callie and Pollie they are little monsters but they get away with it because they are cute!"
