4 months ago"I have sadly had to rehome my daughters dog fir reasons that matter. Freshfield were my first choice i cannot soeak more highly of them. I am happy she has been given a chance yo be rehomed suitabley and i am sure she will get all the help she needs from the staff there! 2 months ago"It's so improved from when I was last there. I was wanting a cat after my beautiful old cat past away a few months earlier. We were recommended one that might suit our family but we looked at a few before going with their recommendation. Our new little addition to the family has settled right in! He was neutered, vaccinated and chipped and came with 4 weeks free insurance. I expected the cost to be higher so was pleasantly surprised. The staff and volunteers are all lovely and helpful. I'd totally recommend you making them your first stop in looking for a new pet."
8 months ago"Really disappointed with how Iāve been treated by members of staff at Freshfields. The communication and attitude I experienced were well below what I expected. I felt dismissed and spoken to in a way that wasnāt professional or respectful.Iāve supported and helped rescue animals from here in the past, so this has been particularly upsetting. The staff attitude seems to have changed significantly over the years. Sadly, I left feeling like my face didnāt fit rather than being welcomed as someone who genuinely wants to help animals in need. I hope management take this feedback seriously."
2 months ago"I rang Freshfields today. I had a tiny hedgehog that needed help. I got myself in a bit of a fluster trying to save it. The staff are lovely . They took the hedgehog and gave me an email address so I could email for updates. Was there on Sunday taking some food with my sister, whenever you go the staff are always helpful and very caring . Can i just say what a wonderful team of workers. What a difference you make. Animals are so lucky to have such caring people looking after them x"
