We were lucky enough to find two cats from this rescue and Maria helped us sort everything we needed to bring our new fur babies home! "Maria and her team do an amazing job. I spent a few hours here one Saturday afternoon that I had free and the cats are so happy, friendly and chilled. They are left free to roam in a couple of large rooms, there are plenty of toys, scratch posts and places for the cats to have their own space. It is very warm and there are blankets and beds in front of radiators for them. It doesn't feel like a rescue space, more like a huge cosy living room full of cats. The cats know nothing but pure love and kindness. Any cats that are unwell or extra nervous or new to the rescue are kept separate so no sick cats are mixed with healthy cats, Maria is literally the best person to run a rescue, and the indoor cat policy is the absolute best choice, highly recommend!"

"I had the most gorgeous time meeting the cats today and having a cuppa with them, honestly the nicest little rescue place ever. The cats are so friendly, I had Fifi on my lap for over an hour and the ladies who work there looking after them are so sweet. If you love cats, have a spare afternoon and want to visit or donate to the centre, please pop round you will absolutely not regret it!! Xxx"

"What a truly wonderful place this is. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They do an amazing job with over a 100 cats, they do this by fundraising as it not a charity and they don't get any help. The cats are all well looked after and loved. They only allow you to adopt if you are the right person with the right home and surrounding ie garden that is cat proof for then not to get out. They also have cat visits for you to go and meet the cats (small charge £10 for 1hr) and have a cuppa. They money raised go to the up keep of cats and vet bills. My girls love going here to see the cats it's such a brilliant place. Highly recommended."

"Maria was absolutely lovely, she introduced us to all the cats and showed us around. All of the cats are so lovable and affectionate despite what some of them have been through. If you’re considering going to the cat cafe in the city centre don’t bother, go here instead. Don’t get me wrong, the cat cafe cats are great but it does feel like they’re fed up with all the people coming around and it feels like it’s work for them haha. These cats, on the other hand crave human interaction and affection, not to mention most of them are up for adoption.The cats range from mutts to expensive breeds like Maine Coones, Ragdolls, Brazilian shorthairs and many more. There are cats of all temperaments and ages here, so you’ll be sure to find the one for you :) P.S. be sure to visit the gift shop downstairs as all of the proceeds go towards taking care of these lovely kitties ❤️"
