"RSPCA absolutely useless! What are they there for? I would give a 0 and no star for their RSPCA response to my phone call absolutely disgraceful call handling, with no compassion, no sensible outcome, total shock to hear what I was being told 😡 Report a Dog being left in boiling hot car with no windows open on 2 occasions, RSPCA and Dyfed-Powys Police won't come out to my call I'm so angry, the call went through to Cardiff RSPCA the person was worse than useless no concern what so ever, told me the dog would be OK for 3 to 4 hours is he bloody joking a hot car! 🥵I phoned Dyfed-Powys Police who said they couldn't attend as the had no officers available, and I then phoned 999 to be told it's not a life death situation!!! I am fuming not only are the RSPCA not concerned but the Police don't give a dam ether, I've said I'd smash the window myself next time it happens, to which I was told I'd be breaking the law and I would have a charge of criminal damage, I said who cares as long as the dog isn't suffering in a hot locked car suffering or worse a dead dog in my arms.😢The RSPCA telephone helpline is not fit for purpose, what a total sham, I will not be making any donations to them, they should be ashamed of themselves! I will never bother phoning them ever again! 😡You come away from the call to RSPCA so upset and angry, they are not worth your time phoning them..."
