"Ok so, just thought I needed to change my review as I see a lot of bad ones and need to share my experience. We put an appplication in for a husky and all went well including the cat test, however they then said we could only have ehr if we were willing to get a dog walker on my days in work. In hindsight should probably have said that before we took the cat down etc. However we weren't put off and a couple weeks later we took little Harv (Mr Bale) out for a walk and put an application in. Her had been in the home for a couple of months and mostly overlooked as he was (and still sort of is) reactive with traffic. We were made aware of this and the home put him through a training programme before we could take him home which we were invited along to and are carrying on now. He is a right little character and sometimes an absolute git we love him anyway and the home were nothing but helpful. Respect to everyone who works there and volunteers out of the goodness of their heart."
