Real Experiences
"We adopted our dog Doug and we have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. Super helpful, friendly and practical advice the whole way. Upon leaving with our boy, we were reassured we can contact them any time and they’d love to be kept updated on his journey. Thanks team 🐾"

Being a novice dog owner, I was in need of guidance. They were absolutely amazing, cannot fault them at all. Thanks for everything, my dog has settled in and aI am now a proud 'dad'."

From the minute we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and such affection shown to their dogs. I can praise this place enough. Thankyou for doing what you do and to the volunteers for their incredible part. Our spotty girl Duchess is loving her new life and furry friends. We are so lucky."

We are about to foster, with the hope of rehoming a dog from here, and it's been a fabulous experience attending regular 'meets' with our hopeful new companion for our puppy. Luci is a beautiful dog, she has had a sad start in life like all the rescues needing a loving home and we can't wait to have her as part of our family."
3 years ago"Ok so, just thought I needed to change my review as I see a lot of bad ones and need to share my experience. We put an appplication in for a husky and all went well including the cat test, however they then said we could only have ehr if we were willing to get a dog walker on my days in work. In hindsight should probably have said that before we took the cat down etc. However we weren't put off and a couple weeks later we took little Harv (Mr Bale) out for a walk and put an application in. Her had been in the home for a couple of months and mostly overlooked as he was (and still sort of is) reactive with traffic. We were made aware of this and the home put him through a training programme before we could take him home which we were invited along to and are carrying on now. He is a right little character and sometimes an absolute git we love him anyway and the home were nothing but helpful. Respect to everyone who works there and volunteers out of the goodness of their heart."
