"So my experience… I got into contact with ARC and Anna was very welcoming over face time to the home check and discuss what would it suitable for me and my 6 year old.Anna recommended a 6 month year old cat due to kitten can crawl up the legs anyways I was like great about 3 hours later she or another colleague sent me a picture of blossom a cat that she said she’s 6 months. Fell in love straight away.Arranges a visit just look and see. Anna says blossom is 3 months…I thought well blossom to me is perfect.Anyways Anna was kind enough to give me some kitten food, biscuits and some stuff for litter and even toys to get me covered until I was getting paid 2 days later. However when I was looking around at the cats (just being nosy) pointed at these 3 kittens and they was beautiful all cosied up, Anna said “they have diarrhoea so they ain’t not ready to home”… Anyway took blossom home and she immediately settled in investigating my home. And cuddle was the best.Anyways blossom was having diarrhoea and blood in her stools. Contacted Anna and explain she said could be stress of the moving keep an eye and give it 3/4 days and still happens contacted her So I did, took her to vets which Anna covered the and the team covered her visit and treatment as she was diagnosed with Coccidia. Very nasty worm and especially in young kittens, anyways treatments was given, probiotics, gastric food etc still nothing. I contacted Anna again and explain she said she would take blossom back to give her more medication medivet prescribed and treat her there.Apparently her stools wasn’t runny or had blood in while in her care Couple of days later. Blossom return home. And appeared to be so much better. But she started having blood in her poo again , so kept an eye and went so strange, then she was so off her dinner I took her to vets myself and the vet recommended she’s been hell and back since I’ve had her, the vet can see I’m so overwhelmed mentally and physically tired with the back and forth to vets and paying for that and this. The vet advised blossom was to unwell for testing and best to put her down.Spoke to Anna, unfortunately I was so upset my emotions were running high and Anna had the back end of it. Which I do apologise and appreciate your help in the first instanceBut just not great experience as I adopted a kitten with no apparent medical condition and nothing to say otherwise. I’m just gutted my first ever pet I grew so attached to I had to put down as this worm just ripped her insides.(I know I’ve never worked and looked after a cats I don’t know how they operate) I think stray cats should quarantined and sent to the vets for a full check up prior going to.a new family. Or maybe I was unfortunate… But I’m so upset especially when my daughter got attached to blossom and broke her heart when she was put down. Here is blossom to remember her by 💕💕💕"

"Can’t thank ARC enough for helping me with an explosion of cats and kittens at mine and my neighbours stables in Porthcawl. I called lots of the other charities and no help was available. ARC on the other hand, have been amazing! All 12 including 2 Tom cats have now been neutered 🐈‍⬛🥳"

"Annas Arc have been more than helpful to me when i have tried to get help for cats over the years. Most recently, an injured cat with a serious mouth problem and not chipped. Anna was the only rescue that was willing to help. The whole team at Annas Arc have always been friendly and kept me up to date with the cats health and when they have been adopted. I have seen the cattery and its always clean, safe and the cats/kittens look happy. The whole team here are just absolute angels, very thankful for you"

"ARC funded our kitten’s castration at Cardiff Veterinary Centre through the STAR neutering scheme and we couldn’t be more grateful or pleased with how seamless the process was! Contacted the vet and booked in through mentioning the ARC neuter scheme and it includes post-op check up etc. He was dropped in at 8:30am and had a phone call at 10am to say it was successful.Just wanted to say thank you so much for this scheme you are offering!"

"Adopted two 9 week old kittens last month with no problems, took them both home the day of meeting them. They have very quickly became our sons best friends and are a massive part of our family already. They are so playful, and love a cuddle too. Thank you for such lovely kittens and great service 😊"
