"Visited on a rainy day but we were able to see some of the animals which was lovely. The staff were very welcoming. The charity shop had lots of interesting things at reasonable prices. The visitor centre had toys and treats for sale for different types of pets. The food and drinks in the cafe were delicious. Would recommend for a day out. There are things to see and do even when it's raining. We plan to visit when the weather is a bit better though. You need to book in advance but we booked from the carpark before going in."

"Had a lovely visit today. My two children and I enjoyed a guided tour by Jill who shared lots of facts about the animals and the centre. Also enjoyed some nice lunch in the cafe which was very reasonably priced. All staff were very friendly. We will be back for one of the education days, and when the weather is warmer so we can see a few more animals."

"We had a great day out in guinea pig day! We explored a lot more than on my last visit. The cafe was really good, worth a visit and we had a really pleasant walk around the grounds. The children loved the play area especially the bunny hop game."
