About This Centre

Hensell Goat world has grown from a hobby to a small sanctuary for goats offering goat services. In the summer months, we offer goat walking experiences, adoptions, goat-a-grams, goat therapy sessions, cuddle a goat sessions and children's birthday parties and other occasions. As we are a working small holding, we presently cannot offer facilities to enable us to open fully to the public but, we are happy to invite small parties to visit us. All services are subject to current Covid restrictions and social distancing. Hensell Goat World is a not for profit business. All donations and funds go towards the goat welfare and upkeep and these funds allows us to re-home more animals and provide them wit a forever home. We do not re-home our goats

"This is a lovely little place to visit totally volunteer led and its plain to see how passionate they are. All volunteers where friendly and approachable. There is a little cafe bit in a container selling drinks crisps sausage rolls and other bits very well priced also. But you are more then welcome to bring a picnic and eat on the benches provided l. Free entry for kids and £1 for adults bags of feed also £1. You won't spend all day here but can easily spend a couple of hrs feeding the goats and eating your picnic very short opening days in the summer so check their socials or website for opening. Experiences also available to purchase. We will definitely be back next summer and do our bit to support them."

"Stumbled upon this place accidentally whilst driving to Mablethorpe, called in for a look... What a great decision that was, turned into a fantastic fun few hours. Plenty of parking, free admission (donations gratefully accepted) £1 a bag goat food, dog friendly (poo bag bin and fresh water) picnic benches, ice-cream/tea/coffee for sale, fantasticaly friendly helpful hosts, and GOATS lots of goats to feed and learn about. Kids had a wonderful time with the animals, few horses too and a few week old kid (baby goat) to pet. Small area for children to do some drawings and make bracelets, hand washing facilities (although no toilet that we could see) but just what a hidden gem of a place. Do your self a favour and pop in for a great time. Just be sure to leave a donation in one of the boxes, it's for a good cause. (Also ensure to check opening times on thier Facebook page as I believe it's limited opening currently)"
