"My dog who I rescued from here was an angel. Not many adoption places would use me as a dog momma coz I was single. But I adored that dog (Louie). He was around 4 or 5 years old when I adopted him. So he had some basic issues I had to train out of him. He was so eager to learn. We became inseparable after I started working from home. He was my little shadow for almost 10 years but we had the best time. I’d come back here for my next rescue in a heart beat. Staffies are the best. Mark put in the effort to match me with a dog that matched my requirements. Like a dog-Cupid. Thank you Happy Staffie rescue for giving me 9 of the best, most loved yet most fun years of my life."

"Only popped to donate fleece blankets, staff are always so welcoming. A great charity. Won't go in as I would come home with all of the fur babies. Please help support this charity anyway you can."

"A very responsible rehoming center for staffies and staffy crosses. I researched alot of centers and came across Luna a staffy x vizsla so made an appointment to meet her. The place is professionally run, very secure, clean and apparent that the staff and volunteers care about their "boarders." I was given a map and took Luna for a walk so I could experience how we interacted with each other alone and in the outside world. I decided that we were for each other but their policy is for you to go away and think about it more, away from those "loving" eyes, very vigilant! There is a charge which helps cover costs (they are a charity) and they sell a few essentials which you can chose to pay with gift aid. A very thorough set of pages containing every aspect of the dogs' previous life including medical records are given. I cannot commend this charity enough and the hard work they do, they seem to be there 24/7! Oh, Luna came away with a massive starter pack too!"
