"Staff are rude when you call. If you live in rented accommodation they look down their nose at you. I rang up to get some general information about the process and the rude lady on the telephone was very condescending. I think they need to train the volunteers in manners and to treat everyone who makes an enquiry with the same level of politeness and curiosity. No matter your social background"

"The staff are friendly and welcoming. We only got a cup of tea in cafe as we visited to adopt a dog. Love that its a dog friendly cafe and they have their own menu though."

"Checked out the cafe while completing the adoption forms. Coffee good and the sausage and mash was cooked to order and excellent. I shall come again to try out the breakfast."

"I rang Animal Care this morning to see if they were still taking in clothes etc. for their charity. The lady on reception was very nice and said yes. So, I took some newish jackets that were Jake's hardly worn, some brand new and the lady who was in the sheds outside was so rude! I suggested she could ask the workers if they would like them first, and she said 'no, we have to wear ones with Animal Care on them' So I said maybe they could just have them anyway. She said they has loads of coats, they wouldn't need these, they go to Primark. Never ever again will I take anything there again. Wolfwood all the way!!!"
