Real Experiences

"Enquired about adopting a dog. I have dog owning experience, (rarely been without one my entire life) I have an enclosed , garden, formerly worked as a volunteer home checker , flexible work hours so dog would never be alone for long. I expressed that I prefer to rescue rather than buy from callous breeders. I have no other pets and my children are 13 years old. I was refused even a recommendation of a dog that would be suitable because children have to be over 18 years of age for any dog."

"Adopted my cat Zorro from them last week. They have all been extremely helpful, caring and professional. A great team all around doing Sterling work, helping animals find their "Happy ever after" homes. ☆☆☆☆☆"

"Tried to ring them over 1 hour, went to answer machine every time, no facility to leave a message, drove there to find gates locked but a tel number different to the one on this site, called it someone answered and came out to tell me they only take dogs and cats, why not put this on the site I had a injured pigeon so was told take it to any vet."
