And whom ever I spoke with on the phone wasn't even kind enough to give me a name. Was absolutely the rudest person I have ever come across in my life. And point blank refused to rehome the dog we were so hoping to adopt because I have children. I work from home and my daughter love animals. But apparently I wouldn't have sufficient time to care for a dog. I though the lady was very rude and completely unprofessional which saddens me deeply as I saw such lovely reviews on here. I will adopt a dog who needs a loving home but i will never look at contacting this sanctuary again. Foul behaviour and domina."
