"This company is a scam and they charge ridiculous prices for their services. I do not recommend at all and you have so much cheaper and better alternatives that I urge you to use. Their website is claims to be free but they will call you asking for money for printed paper. They charge 900 to people for some posters it’s unbelievable that they think that’s reasonable. Please please do not use this service they don’t even tell you what you’re paying or how much it will cost. They honestly try to use people’s insurance that they pay for, for their own gain. I’ve had a horrible experience with them and I hope no one else has that experience."

"I would strongly advise anyone from using this company as they try to rob you off your money. It’s highly overpriced for simple things and it is only a money seeking company. If you want a company who actually cares about getting your pet back and not just taking your money you would be so much better elsewhere. I know having a lost pet is a vulnerable time so it can be easy to be manipulated by companies such as animal search to pay ridiculous prices for things. Please be careful and save your money. I’ve had a horrible experience with them where all they tried to do was get my money and showed no real care to my missing pet, so please be careful. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I have. It disgusts me that there are people who actually take advantage of peoples money in emotional and vulnerable times."

"I’ve been caring for my sister’s cat whilst she’s away and it ran away the other day due to my carelessness. I was distressed, regretful and doubtful that i would find the cat so I searched online for help and I discovered animal search uk. I registered with them, provided details of the cat etc. I followed their advice and within eighteen hours the cat returned home like it never left!! A lovely lady by the name of Alisha suggested I leave some fish outside my door as a way of attracting the cat back and it worked. I am so happy and relieved to have the cat back in my possession. I really don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t enlist the services of this organisation. Alisha was very professional, supportive and optimistic towards me and thanks to her and the rest of the team, I remained hopeful. Guys thank you so much for your service. I am indebted to you all. I highly recommend this company, it’s easy to sign up, easy to speak to someone over the phone and you receive a lot of support and advice when dealing with a lost pet. You guys are the best. Give Alisha a promotion! Thank you so much."

"Our beautiful pet cat went missing in December 2019 after getting in touch with animal rescue we booked in a search team after 10 days. When they arrived they were extremely professional yet understanding of our situation. They answered all questions we had and advised us on what to do to help to find our boy. They created a good media buzz too. After receiving a call from a meme her of the public to say our cat may have been spotted - quite further that we anticipated originally, we went down to see if we could find him. We managed to find someone that had seen his poster on social media and they mentioned someone who they knew that had taken in a cat matching our description. After running over to their house we were blessed with being reunited with our amazing cat! I want to say a huge thank you to the search team, the amazing call handlers and social media team as well! Not to mention our own neighbourhood and local community! This was worth every penny spent!"

"Sitting outside was good because the heaters make it warm however it does have a roof and windows so is more of an enclosed space, which does keep it warm however because its outside people were smoking, ended up stinking of cigarettes after being there."
