"I am moving house, and my lovely neighbor advice to donate some bits to the animal shelter as i have pets and i won’t have with me everything, she advice me to contact this Sanctuary, and i called and i spoke with a very rude lady that at the question, i have a duvet, can that be helpful for the shelter?, she hang up on me, saying “i ain’t time for this”.. no Good bye or other form of civilization. On the website they ask money for buy duvet and other stuff like this….but if you try to donate it, they rudely stop the conversation.Cheeky."
