"A welfare who claims according to their website that they have dogs who urgently needs to be adopted. We'll having seen a dog that I was interested in, phone this welfare no one answer the phone, I left a message no one returns my call. Send them an email and guess what no reply. I have done this for 3 days in a row. I can only conclude that they are not desperately in need of people to adopt dogs from them."

"Very unprofessional service.I was dropped in to 2 groups chats with the owners of the dogs before I knew alot of information about the dogs.So I fired away my questions and arranged to walk one the dogs making it clear I will walk the dog before making up my mind. The administration of this 'charity' held back important information about the dogs which is potentially dangerous. I found out by asking the owners myself. Unfortunately I found out just the night before meeting one of the dogs, the dog had allergies and has had treatments and requires special food. When I raised my concern on the night before an arranged meet up (I had only just received this information) I was kicked out of the group chat and received aggressive responses from administraion of how this was all my fault that it was a late to ask such a thing, it was my fault the child was now expecting the dog to go and everyone was upset due to my raised concerns (i had only arranged to meet the dog at this point). My response to the administartion was that I needed to make sure the dog is right for my circumstance (at this point i had still not stated i was going to cancel the walk, myself and the owner were fully prepared). The owner of the dog herself messaged me that she understood and stated I had asked a valid question.Unfortunately and understandably the owner of the dog would now not be moving forward due to me being kicked out of the group. In the second group chat again at the final hour I had received news that the dog is potentially dangerous and can be aggressive towards other dogs, I found this very misleading as up to this point I had recievd photos of this dogs with other dogs playing.I was very excited to meet my new potential dog. Fortunately my partner had took a step back and asked the correct questions or I may have never found out this vital information. The backlog from pulling out due to recieving late new was very unprofessional to say the least, very snotty and very immature"

"Rehomed our dog using these guys 8 weeks ago, still no adoption paperwork sent over to new owner. Luckily we sorted it between ourselves to meet up and exchanged microchip details and made sure we were more than happy with the new owners and the life they could give our dog. Nothing but excuses as to why no paperwork has been sent. Donation fee was sent by owners and they also had to pay for neutering after being told this would be included. Disgusted with it all makes me wonder if other people that have rehomed even know where their dog is now or how many other people have been let down by this charity. Broken promises we are just so lucky that our boy found the best possible home and we can communicate to the new owners ourselves"
