"I recently contacted this rescue centre as a Cocker had just been added and was for adoption. The contact was made as soon as the dog was put on the site, initially Caroline replied to me. I explained that travelling was not an issue as we were very interested in the dog and could offer him a good home. We were advised to complete the questionnaire in order that a home visit could be arranged, which we did straight away. After this all emails and phone messages that we left went unanswered. Not my idea of a 'rescue' centre and I consider Caroline Trigg to be a very rude and ignorant person."
