"Beware my daughter has recently adopted 2 dogs which they were very quick to hand over saying they were fit and healthy to go . After only 4 days the one developed a health problem and the response was not really our problem and sort it out your self . I feel they should step up and help sort this out as it could be an expensive issue . I hope they read this at the branch and i would like to hear there comments on this ' Best adopt from the the dogs trust or a local center at least they have a back up."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Outstanding Animal Centre The RSPCA Wirral is an absolutely wonderful place, and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible team who work there. Every member of staff clearly puts an immense amount of care and dedication into ensuring the animals receive the best possible treatment and experience during their stay. A special mention goes to Mark, who took the time to explain to a group of children exactly how the process works—from caring for an animal right through to adoption. He did this with such skill and sensitivity, making sure the children understood without ever upsetting them. Watching him share his knowledge with the younger generation was inspiring; it’s the kind of experience that sparks interest in animal welfare and could lead to future careers in the sector, ultimately helping to save more animals. The entire team creates a positive, welcoming environment for both the animals and visitors. The facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is one of genuine compassion and professionalism. If you’re considering supporting or visiting an animal centre, I wholeheartedly recommend RSPCA Wirral. They are doing truly amazing work."
