"Absolutely appalling 😡 only called to ask some questions about the rescue and the man was so rude the only words he didn’t use was the F word, although he might as well of done , never been treated so rudely for enquiring , he clearly can’t cope with what he has and has no business running a rescue, in my experience of running a rescue for ferrets, animal people are generally lovely but this guy was so hostile, I seriously worry for the animals in his care , what a piece of work, he should be ashamed!!"

"The three stars seems low but the description of "its OK" does fit our experience on this occasion.They seemed keen to rush us into ordering food to turn the table which I don't like, especially when the confirmation we received clearly stated how long we had the table for.The cocktails were disappointing, as was the entertainment, the food was also OK.Can't say I would rush back really"

"We have rehomed two small dogs now from Bob's and think he does a wonderful job! He selflessly looks after abandoned and often very hard to rehome dogs of all sizes and he is dedicated. Our dogs loved him, and he loves all of his animals. Certain individuals who leave reviews can be thoughtless and mean. Imagine giving all of your time and resources to taking in unwanted and miserable, stressed, desperate animals and then having multiple time wasters say they want to rehome a dog then they don't turn up at all or turn up hours later and expect a theme park experience! This is the reality of a one-man band rescue operation and instead of writing nasty reviews why don't you offer help and sponsorship or roll up your sleeves and help him?Bob is a person of integrity and compassion and we look forward to rehoming another unwanted dog that he takes in sometime in the future. Well done Bob."
