"Such a fabulous place to visit. Knowledgeable staff who do tours at 11:15am and 2pm at the weekends. You get to go inside some of the stables, making the tour experience even better. Some lovely gifts in the shop and reception area. Lovely cafe too. Donkeys have all sorts of backgrounds and you can see how looked after they all are. Child friendly, not dog friendly (understandable) and inspiring to hear about the work they do for therapy. Please listen to the tour guide about certain donkeys that are very frightened - some people just don't listen and approach donkeys that can't be. Please listen!! You can also adopt donkeys and say hello to the sanctuary cat called Tiger. Thank you, we will be back!"

"A brilliant time here! We joined the tour and had a detailed talk on the donkeys, their history and behaviours. At only £8 per person, this was a bargain. I didn’t think we would be there long but three hours later we were leaving. Highly recommend going here, bring some carrots with you to help with the costs of feeding. Definitely be back!"

"Only £14 for an adult and a child and we did the walking tour round where you got to stroke lots of donkeys and cuddle them, lovely place, must’ve been at least 30 donkeys to stroke."

"Had an absolutely amazing visit. Jacky, the lady who done the tour was amazing. It's clear her daughter and team care greatly for every donkey they have. It was hands-on and very informative. The charity shop and gift shop are lovely and all proceeds go towards the sanctuary. Would absolutely recommend a visit and a tour, especially because the donkeys love a cuddle🥹"
