"You can tell the animals here have the best care. Our 2 cats must have been given a lot of love to have adapted so well shortly after adoption, but heard many similar stories which only proves hearts are poured to those pets. If you're looking to adopt, look no further and give one (or more) cats or rabbits home, you won't be disappointed."

"Me and my partner got our little Rio and Flo (florence) and they’re the best thing thats happened to us, Im a bit late posting a review but this shelter is amazing!!You can tell all the staff love the animals they care for and they go above and beyond what most shelters do to make sure they’re all okay before and after being adopted 🥰"

"Answered a plea in the paper asking for adoption needed for Christmas, we heartbreakingly lost both our elderly cats this year due to cancer and wanted to help. We called about a set of 3 babies and were told to fill out a form and the adoption would be rushed through, pending a house check, we called back to arrange this but the woman who answered said all the cats were fostered out and the centre was closed until new year as work was being done, the cats were reserved pending a house check. We said we definitely wanted them, we could not meet them, but there is no such thing as a bad cat so it didnt matter. We spent all the break buying new stuff for them. We called the 1st day after new year and was told someone else came to look at them over Christmas and they were reserved for them, we didn't understand as we were told the sanctuary was closed with all cats in foster care. we checked face book and saw pictures of all the cats, at the sanctuary opening gifts on Christmas day. The woman we spoke to had LIED about the work and closure for no reason. We have rescued cats for over 30 years, have no dogs or children, we even gave our vets details for a reference, I guess she had lied because she was just too lazy to do a house check over Christmas, We recieved no explaination or appology. They said to pick another set of cats, but the trust has gone, while this liar still works there it could easily happen again. I recommend using another charity."

"Dog Field Took my dog to the secure dog field this morning. There was plenty of space for her to run around. I will definitely be booking the field again. Thank you to all the staff who were very friendly and showed me where the field was located."

"SECURE FIELD REVIEWQuite small, especially when compared to other fields for hire, I've been in bigger back gardens so feels a stretch calling these "fields". You are literally hiring the space, there is nothing of interest to dogs in there like balls, toys or ramps or ropes or anything.Really badly positioned! You literally have to walk through the stray cat's garden to get to the dog field! If your dog likes cats they just spend the time with their nose pressed to the fence!Very secure, nice that there is a bit of shelter for humans. Much easier to book now with online system, staff not very friendly (one who is out right rude!) Always left with the impression we aren't very welcome."
