"Absolutely disgusting service. My wife and I wished to adopt some kittens in February, we filled out the relative forms on their open day and got authorisation from our housing association and whatsapped it to them. Two months later, we still hadn't received any calls or messages, we went to the open day again and our application form couldn't be found, although they wouldn't admit to losing it. Once again we filled out the forms and was told that they would be in contact. Surprisingly enough we haven't heard or seen a word! We went to A N Other animal charity and are now proud parents to 4 kittens! We wouldn't recommend this shower of .... to anyone!!"
