"The staff were so lovely and helpful, and explained the adoption process over the phone. Due to lockdown the entire process was conducted remotely which I felt was handled very well. They waited until my cat had her final vet check and vaccinations then delivered her to me with blankets, a scratch pad, lots of food, 4 weeks free pet insurance and her vet records from her time with them. They updated her microchip details for me.
