"I am an experienced dog owner and have now taken early retirement so decided to adopt a rescue dog. Radar's website includes phrases such as "SPECIAL APPEAL" and "DAY IN DAY OUT HE WAITS AND WAITS AND IT'S HEARTBREAKING PUTTING THIS BOY BACK IN KENNELS EVERYDAY" I completed an online adoption form and when I got no response I followed it up with an email asking if there was an issue with my form and maybe I had ticked an incorrect box, but nothing. They couldn't be bothered to respond."

"Don't reply to adoption forms Kali has been up for adoption before Oct 2020 me and another applicant has applied multiple times and conversations about our forms not being seen wasn't helpful. I was not receiving confirmation via email from the form either when asking about this issue I was ignored and told I was in the wrong.**update after more applications and still not getting confirmation messages that they have received my form kali is still waiting for adoption it is now Oct 2021 they don't want to give dogs homes just keep all the pretty ones to keep the donations comming in."
