"Had a free profile when my cat was missing but never agreed to a monthly ongoing 'protected number' fee which has been deducted from my account since May 2025 for 5 consecutive months! This is despite never having agreed or been given a protected number. Its fraudulent and I have raised it with my bank. Either this companies admin is really bad or they are scamming people. AVOID"

"The website wonāt let me close my account. It let me close the case of my missing cat, but not my actual account. It shows an error message, which I screen shot and emailed. I have emailed twice and have had two lots of Ā£9.99 taken from my account in a week! At this point, and with lack of communication, I feel like I am being scammed!"

"This service has a promising concept, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I paid for the number protection feature they offer, but my number displayed as an error, preventing anyone from contacting me. There is no phone support available, only email, and they did not respond to my messages. Given the urgency of missing pet situations, this experience was very disappointing."

"Despite paying to protect my telephone number on an advert, my number was published anyway. Really difficult to get feedback from PetsReunited regarding the reversal of the charge. Wouldn't recommend."
