"Won’t help me with an injured crow. Not even any advice given. Clearly only help animals they can be bothered to help."

"This is an amazing place! The animals are looked after impeccably by Staff and Volunteers who go over and above to provide the best of care for them. They have an open day on July 16th, which I recommend anyone who loves animals to attend."

"Having volunteered and donated for years and having friends who still work here means I know it's not the same PACT that Chris and George created for the animals. As soon as Chris passed away the rules changed. Her passion for life and welfare went out of the window when new management took over and any staff who talk out for the animals are sacked. All those dogs killed. Poor Chris will be spinning in her grave.DO NOT TAKE WILDLIFE HERE!!!! Their vet talks the talk but believes euthanasia is the kindest option in any case that they can't use for fundraising. This is not what Chris dedicated her life for. Huge shame for the animals.I am so relieved I am no longer local, I couldn't watch the organisation I love turn against the values it was founded on."

"Excellent charity. Recently adopted three kittens from the Trust. They were being very well looked after, in good facilities. The staff managing the adoption process were very caring, helpful and efficient."
