"Another bad review to add to all the others. I found this place extremely unprofessional and exceptionally rude. I was nothing but pleasant with the lady (Theresa) and didn't even get greeted with a Hello, just rude unprofessional one line answers, that's if I even got an answer, then just got ignored when I asked very important questions about a dog I wanted to help, being that I am a mother of 3 children and have to ensure safety at all times. I have gone with a professional rescue centre instead. Honestly the whole experience with Last Chance was terrible. Do they even want people replying to their adverts???!"

"Busy people doing great work to help vulnerable animals. We got our wonderful rescue dog from them and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to adopt. We fostered our dog who arrived unseen from the pound in poor condition and untrusting of new people. We got support and advice when needed and were trusted to get on with it without anyone breathing down our necks. Then when the time came, we adopted him and can't imagine life without our gorgeous boy! When we're ready to adopt again, I will go straight back to these amazing and genuine animal carers.
