"Came to re home a rescue dog into a good home were it would be looked after from an experienced dog lover. Came to walk the dog ? Staff more interested in there dinner at the Metro Center ? M&S sandwiches to be exact. Then ignored us ? Then eventually asked what we needed. Asked to walk the dog to speed up or to be honest wade through there process. Took the dog for its second walk when we returned asked what was needed next. Got a bit of paper thew at us ? Asked if they needed the pictures of the home and garden etc ? Was waved off and told just fill the form in. Found them to be the most ignorant people in a service industry never mind a charity. Safe to say we never came back. Poor dogs. That place needs closed"

"We recently had to say goodbye to our last cat fluffy, at the ripe old age of 22. We rang round a few rescue centres and most of them wanted online applications only. We believe that the animal chooses you not the other way around. We were invited to go and meet the cats. We met a lovely pair of brothers and we all fell in love straight away. Sadly our son wasn't with us so we had to arrange to bring him back the next day to meet the cats (needless to say he was as smitten as us). We brought the 2 cats home that day. We found the staff although very very busy they had the animals interests at heart. We now have 2 amazing additions to our family and and our house feels like a home again. We were asked to keep them updated on how the cats get on. Which we have and will continue to do. I can't thank them enough for the help they gave us in finding these two little characters"
