She's absolutely gorgeous, I love her so much already! She is the new queen of our home & living her best life with her big sister Remi & has plenty of toys & lots of beds to choose from. "We adopted our kitty from Blue Cross two years ago and they were absolutely wonderful with her. She had been dropped off at a shelter with a serious injury when she was just a tiny kitten and spent months in rehabilitation. We brought her home at around four/five months old, and she was such a content, curious, happy little kitten, not at all what you might expect after everything she’d been through. That really shows how gentle, caring, and dedicated the staff and volunteers are with the animals in their care. She is now 2.5 years old and thriving!The whole adoption process was straightforward and well supported, and there was always someone available to help and answer questions along the way. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We visited the shelter to meet her and talk with the team, then came back the following week to collect her and bring her home.We’re so grateful for the work they do and would absolutely adopt from this shelter again. Once we have a bigger house and more room, we’ll definitely be back for more cats."

"The whole adoption process from start to finish was top notched. Caroline was brilliant and the whole staff at Bromsgrove are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered every question we had. Even after the adoption they still checking up to see how the puppy is settling in and offer help if needed. Our puppy came fully covered for 4 weeks and vaccinated. Bromsgrove refunded us the money we spend neutering our puppy which is awesome. We are very grateful. Totally recommend"
