About This Centre

Blue Cross is a national charity that has been helping sick, injured, abandoned and homeless pets for over 125 years. Our Exeter rehoming, advice and behaviour unit (RABU) supports pets and people across the south west. We’re here to help people through any challenges they might have as owners, so that their pets get the best care. And if owners are no longer able to look after their pet, we find them loving new homes. For more information about adopting a pet and other services we offer, visit the Blue Cross website.

"These guys are amazing. We owned a dog previously and when he passed, we got a puppy who was a beautiful little frenchie. However, it was quickly established we couldn’t meet his needs and our working/family life was not suited to him (we tried absolutely everything as we loved him so much). But I could see this puppy was struggled and despite trying to find a solution and working with blue cross with their tips and advice, it wasn’t to be. So blue cross took him for me to find him a forever home that was suited to his needs and they ensured he got what he needed. The only thing the workers of blue cross care about is the animals. They give amazing advice and the amount of effort they give to help is over and beyond. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or advice, these people want to help you and your pet whatever may happen."
