About This Centre
Bath Cats & Dogs Home is a rehoming centre and key contact for local dog Wardens to accept boarding of stray dogs.We do not discriminate on breed or behaviour history when taking unwanted animals in. We have a behaviour team and innovative kennels which allow us to work with animals from day one in our care.PLEASE NOTE Visitors cannot walk around the catteries and kennels to see the animals, instead registered adopters are invited by appointment to meet their suitable matches.

Real Experiences
"Thank you to the lovely team that helped match us with our cat. Weāre renters and were worried it would be really difficult to adopt because of that, but found the process easy. I had to chase a response to our application but when I did the team got in touch quickly. Within 2 weeks weād got our match and we couldnāt be happier. Thank you!"

I never thought we would own a staffy but he is amazing. Thank-you. Just a quick update this mutt has become my second best pal! (Best to let hubby think hes my best pal!) The team at the cats and dogs home really nailed it when they matched us. He's now a well travelled hound from Cornwall to Scotland! (And the sofa!)"
4 years ago"WOOF WOOF The most amazing rescue center (more a halfway house) as I ended up coming away with my forever friend after a very professional and extremely lovely service. Exceptionally clean(the staff hmm š„“) even if you're not looking to re-home I'd still recommend a visit to their website. You may think I work there! I will reassure you I don't. Please meet the beautiful Gizmo."

8 months ago"For the past 20-odd years or so, we have always bought our kittens from the Bath Cats and Dogs Home. They are well looked after whilst there. The current £100, pays for neutering, vaccinations and most importantly, microchipping. They also have older cats, who are super friendly. There is no cafe or shop on site, but you can buy 'bits & bobs' for your pet. They also accept donated blankets and towels (but not duvets, pillows or cushions). You can also donate money, which helps to keep the animals cared for, especially with the cost of living, and the unfortunate dumping of pets. Please note: you can't just go to see any animals here, you need to phone them in advance, especially if you thinking of adoption."
