"After a very stressful couple of weeks, I was fortunate enough to receive a call back from Irene at Silk Cat Rescue, after over 30 calls to Cat Rescue Centres looking for emergency accommodation for a beautiful Cat, that I believed was abandoned in my communal car park. I was determined to find him a safe place to stay. Irene recognised that I was upset and kindly listened to the circumstances that this Cat was in. Irene and her husband Mike offered the Cat a safe place to stay, until he was ready for adoption. I knew as soon as I arrived at Silk Cat Rescue that he would safe and well cared for. Both Irene and Mike gave me the reassurances that I needed and more importantly this beautiful Cat would be sheltered from the rain, cold and no longer had to sleep under the bushes in the car park. I left there with a sense of relief knowing that he was going to be okay. I have since visited the Cat and he looks amazing, happy, healthy and his Pen at Silk Cat Rescue is wonderful. You couldn't ask for more. The accommodation for all the Cats is superb, extremely clean. They have Volunteers there too who also do amazing job, helping to rehabilitate the animals so they can move on to live in their forever homes. I felt it was important to share the amazing work they do, and will continue to try and support this Charity as much as I can. Hopefully he will be getting adopted soon and will be loved, kept safe and cared for, like he and all animals deserve. Thank You Silk Cat Rescue. Best Wishes Victoria"
