"I rang to get advice on a hedgehog (which looked ill) that was in my garden. Unfortunately, when I was explaining the situation to the lady, I wasn't too keen on her attitude towards me (hence 2 stars). However, on a positive note, she managed to get a few numbers for me to ring and the hedgehog in question was taken care of.EDIT: I am only writing a review on what I experienced when I talked to the lady on the phone I'm pretty sure that she does an excellent job (and dedicates her time into doing so) to looking after hedgehogs that are ill, injured, etc. I am also aware that the place is not a zoo. I don't like to write negative reviews, but at the same time, I don't like to sugar-coat reviews when I write one, I just write it how it is, I am only being honest."
