"We were looking for a new cat after we lost our wee cat to cancer, we enquired about 2 cats that already been rehomed through their website 3 days later we were called personally about our enquiry by a lovely lady but alas we had already rescued 2 wee cats, when we explained this the lady was delighted that we had rescued 2 cats. If you are looking to rescue an animal then I would recommend this place as they were way better than the Glasgow centres we contacted."

"Not happy with them had Wee black cat who look lost he is a long hair cat but he was in some mess I called cat procting who came out and confirm he was not chipped and not dressed but she did not take him even through his tail is total matted I have manage to remove Burr's from his back. They as he is not chipped or dressed he may have pick up the scent of a female cat and travel miles and got himselfe lost I have been feeding him but I have 2 rescue cat's who not happy as the wee cat is trying to move in but I have call all cat's proction and the RSPC and again been told they could not help I Evan called Glasgow no joy I have called South Ayrshire but ask to leave my name and number after 3 days of doing this no one has contacted me I am horrified . No Stars"

"I inquired about a 4 month old kitten, no one contacted me for a few days. I did the application on there website. I get a random phone call from an unknown mobile number after 7pm one night that I missed but they left a msg. I called her back and ask to pls call me tomorrow, about the kitten, no one calls? You want people to adopt yet you don't return there calls or messages? 😢"

"They were all prepared to come get kitty down as she was up a large scotch pine tree I thought hight was about 17ft so to high for them As it was recuere said it was 27 ft"
