Real Experiences
"Really really disappointed by the way we was treated, they just don't have the time or day for animals, took one look at my dog said she needs to be operated on gave her pain killers and that was it, in and out less then 5 minutes, reception lady's very very very rude, I went back to get her some meds and they nearly refused me, and wasn't till I broke down and cried they said they will speak to vet, I get there busy but maybe stay open for abit longer then 1 hour and 2 days a week or find volunteers that are willing to help, make people feel comfortable cos u just don't know what they going through, I refused to go back and 1 month later my girl had to be pts as I still couldn't afford the vet bill over £1k, I will always refuse to go here and to even donate, I am very disappointed in rspca. I know the vets are from barns vets and that's where I useally go, I spoke with ashcroft Rd and I got treated so much better there and made sure i didnt see the vet from rspca, they treated my girl so well so what is the difference. But I guess its all about moneyVery very disappointed and sad I ended up losing my girl, but I would rather pay extra money and treated with respect then go there be cheap and treated like rubbish"

So now we will have to go to a vet clinic that we cannot afford! They claim to help animals in need but would risk her pregnancy and her life by refusing to see her!"

Also the waiting time is very quick and you get seen very fast . Transferring my dog to here from Now on .im Very greatful For your kind service thanks a lot 😊"
