"Amazing place and the facilities for the rescue cats are so clean. I can only comment on the cats facilities as we have rescued 2 from them before - one in May 2025 (Sage who we renamed Olly). Sage was an extremely nervous and shy cat - we didn’t see him for 3 weeks as he only ventured out of his hideout when we were asleep!! Now there is no stopping him as the photos prove - Jade our Ragdoll cat welcomed him into her world as soon as he ventured out to see her!"

"I visited the branch at Brent to enquire about rehoming a cat I had been feeding. A man with quite an off hand attitude told me categorically the cat would be put down after a few weeks if not rehomed. Having looked through a few reviews it seems policy and management training needs to be re-visited. Surely it cant be true that you can only adopt an animal from photos?"
