"I have an abandoned cat living in our garden. We have looked for 8 months. During this time, we have approached numerous rescue organisations big and small. None can help. We approached a number of smaller and local rescues recommended on various social media platform. They do not return phone calls or emails despite contacting them numerous times but they never replied. I know that they are all very busy and manned by volunteers, but a simple email reply saying that they cannot help would be great, but this did not happen.The Cat Whiskers Rescue is a small charity and the only rescue that responded. Ros is marvellous, asking about the welfare of the cat, how we are helping him, listened to our concerns and provided understanding and guidance. She told us that there are many cats looking to be helped and put us on the waiting list. She came to scan the cat on short notice as she understands that cats wander and it is possible that she arrives, the cat would have gone off. Luckily, she was able to scan him.Ros kept in regular contact to check that the cat is OK, and let us know that she has not forgotten us. Finally, a vacancy is available with a fosterer. She arranged for the fosterer to contact us and we arranged for a date to collect the cat. We were sad when the cat was collected as we have grown to love him but we could not bring him because we have an elderly cat who will be stressed with another cat in the house. Ros understood how much we loved the cat and when the cat has settled a couple of days, she sent us a photo of the cat sleeping on a sofa, in total bliss. We were so grateful for the photo and know that the little cat will now finally get the life he deserves.Ros is fantastic and I highly recommend her and the Cat Whiskers to anyone who wants to rehome ta stray/abandoned cat, or to adopt one. We will only go to the Cat Whiskers and no other rescue, and will definitely support their work."

"Great cat rescue, really supportive, Rossie and the sisters were amazing in taking in, 2 cats that were neglected by their onwer and leave outside for some time.. Thank you for you devotion and care, great job, we all been through a process to take them in, but now the cats are healthy and ready for adoption, so that is a positive outcome!😸😺😻🐾"

"They are Cat Angels and silent Heroes. Ros has been amazing. She helped us with the cat we found on our patio who has been abandoned and been staying there for few days and the days turned into few weeks since we let him in. We are not allowed pets in our premises so I’ve posted help on Facebook and they were the only one who managed to really helped us. We were let down by the others but Cat Whiskers Rescue is amazing And now our little boy is happy and loved.
