About This Centre
Come and see the rescued heavy horses, ponies and donkeys as well as sheep, pigs, rabbits, ducks, hens, goats and many more rescued animals in their home in the beautiful north Norfolk countryside. Visit the museum and relive the farming days of yesteryear. There's lots of space for children to play in the activity areas. Try 'animal friendly' refreshments in the cafe and take home a souvenir from the gift shop. You can even 'adopt' a rescued animal.

Real Experiences
"The most incredible animal sanctuary I’ve ever seen or been to. What a beautiful place. You can tell how much the owner loves animals. The free entry and the reasonable priced cafe was great. The space that the animals have is just gorgeous! We bought a bale of hay for the animals and chose to sponsor one of the race horses. Such beautiful place. We are now going to come back every year. Already looking forward to our family visit next year to see all the gorgeous and extremely happy animals. A massive Well done to all involved."

The parths are all sold and easy for buggies or wheel chairs. There's is a really nice cafe and gift shop with very clean toilets. All the animals look really well cared for and there are so many. From the talking parrot to the little donkeys, the cute pigs, the most amazing looking cows and goats. They have a lovely play area and even a charity shop. I always donate to the hay as its free entry. Will be going back many more times"

Now though, they are living their best life. We love visiting and are pleased to support Hillside. If you love animals, its well worth a visit, and fantastic for kids. A brilliant place to visit when you are in Norfolk."
