The staff talk you through every process and assist with anything that you and the animal need. We are adopting a gorgeous dog from them and would recommend to everyone. And spoke to a women on the phone about it, straight away she was blunt and rude to me, not giving any politeness and then told me to get my mother to contact her if we are interested in a dog ( I am 22 years old) I hung up because of the shock of the call and will not be back. Sad as it is because we were wanting to give a dog a family home"
