About This Centre
HappyCats Rescue was founded in August 2012 to help the increasing number of cats and kittens that find themselves looking for a new home. Based in Bordon, we are a small friendly rescue helping to rescue and re-home unwanted cats and kittens. We are here to help cats and kittens of all ages to find their forever homes. All of our cats / kittens come into welfare needing a new home for many reasons, but most importantly its not their fault. They come from different backgrounds but all will be assessed and vet checked before they are offered to a new family. NO cat or kitten chooses to end up in welfare, but for those that do, we are their lifeline to finding their forever homes.

Real Experiences
"Loveliest cat rescue in the area! I adopted two gorgeous kittens this week. Process was super quick but also thorough, met the kittens and fell in love! The ladies are absolutely lovely and accommodating to my work hours allowing to do the home visit in the evening. Kittens are now home and settled and are just tons of fun. Couldnāt recommend happy cats enough!! xx"
8 months ago"Our experience with HappyCats Rescue was exceptional from start to finish. This small, volunteer-run local organisation provided us with the opportunity to adopt our two beloved cats, and we couldnāt be happier. We applied online and heard back swiftly. The adoption process moved quickly and smoothly, thanks to the efficiency and dedication of the volunteers. Within no time, we were able to bring our new feline family members home.Although weāve only had our cats for just under a week, they have settled in beautifully. Itās clear that the volunteers did an amazing job socialising and preparing them for adoption. Their gentle and affectionate natures are a testament to the care they received at HappyCats Rescue. The volunteers were incredibly helpful, providing us with detailed information about our catsā backgrounds and personalities. This transparency made us feel confident and prepared to welcome them into our home.We are deeply grateful to the team at HappyCats Rescue for their hard work and commitment. Their passion for animal welfare shines through in every aspect of their work. We highly recommend HappyCats Rescue to anyone looking to adopt a cat."
a year ago"These guys are amazing at what they do for all the cats and kittens they help. We were so thankful when we were able to adopt Misty. He was so shy he hid under my daughters bed for a few days. Now he is the best emotional support cat any girl could want."

Also due to me not having a car Jo herself arranged for me to be taken to the vets for his second vaccinations and the lady who was fostering my cat brought him to my home on the adoption day to save me the price of travel. Jo is such an incredible and hard working women with so much love and care for the cats that she looks after. The cats are kept in such wonderful condition and she runs such a fantastic local rescue with the help of her volunteers. I cannot thank this rescue enough and if I ever decide to adopt another cat I will be going back to Happy Cats Rescue"
7 years ago"Sat here writing my review with my gorgeous cat Jess curled up on my tummy purring away! Jess arrived at Happy Cats as a kitten, but stayed with Jo for a little while as she had problems with her legs. Once the necessary vet checks had been completed Jess came to live me and is the most loving cat. I was really impressed with the thorough adoption process that shows what a professional charity they are and that it is all about making sure that cats are rehomed to the appropriate environment and those cats that need extra care and attention receive the appropriate veterinary treatment prior to leaving HCR. Keep up the good work!"
