"Just adopted the sweetest little boy and he's settled in immediately the staff were all lovely and they did a flea and worm treatment on him and they gave me his vaccine records. They mentioned that he had issues eating before I adopted him which is good as some places tend to not mention any potential problems I think he was just used to the fancy food before he was given up as he is eating well now. I also found it reassuring that they require references before adopting a pet too as they are making sure they go to a good home. I'm so glad I picked him out I couldn't be happier he's going to be so spoiled"

"I wouldn't even give this place one star, it is disgusting and freezing cold. We adopted a kitten in January, the conditions that her and her sister was living in was unlivable. They were cuddled together in the corner so timid and didn't want to be touched. The place was dark, dirty and a strong smell of urine. After collecting her I felt guilty about leaving her sister there so I phoned to see if we could have her aswel but was told someone came after us and adopted her sister which I was glad about. After we took her home she hid for days we had to give her food and drink were she was hiding. We took her to the vets for her first injections and the vet said she had a chest infection so he did some xrays and blood tests. The xrays showed fluid on her lungs and chest and was told she had fip which is cat covid. She was prescribed some medication that was £500. Over time she got worse, and had to go to the emergency vets over night in a oxygen chamber. We went back to the vets for the blood test results to be told she also had lukemia . The vet advised us that the best thing would be to have her put to sleep as she was getting worse and losing weight and none of the medication was working. So on easter Monday we had to make the hard decision to put her to sleep. She was only 5 months old this shouldn't of happened. All the vets bills cost us nearly £3000 as we didn't have time to take out pet insurance. It has taken me this long to post this review because it has been so hard to get over it. This place needs shutting down and all the animals need rehoming."

"We adopted a shih tzu from here on 14th May he is an older boy almost 10. We were told he had dry eyes. He had the wrong medication given he also has two dislocated patellas, Cruciate ligament problems, dry eyes, ear infection. It cost us £366 at our vet as we had lots of new medication and blood work. He is anemic too. He's had two baths, since, we've had him. But he is, such a lovely boyWe had to rescue him as this place is a disgrace and should be shut down"

"This place needs closing down, the animal cages are all outside and not inclosed so they are in the cold and my last cat i had from here had a disease and he had obviously not been checked over and had to put him to sleep when he was only 4 years old and my cat before was only 5 and had to have him put to sleep, even though it's hard to not take them out of there due to this cruelty and you want to just get them out of here, they will all be ill and with the vet bills, this place needs to be closed ASAP as there is no way I would go there again but it's cruel for the animals that are in there and they need proper care and attention before rehoming them. Please close this place down for the sake of the poor animals as they are not properly cared for at all. The place is filthy and again it's just not right how this animal neglect goes on without something being done about it."

"Being investigated for neglect. I put a comment on their fb page and anything they dont like they block. I know from personal experience they do not look after animals properly and they seem sketchy. Any animal has no known background. Like how do you not know something about every dog you get into your care? Then they try to complain about other rescues while they them selves are under investigation. Come on dont make me laugh. Focus on your issues. Pathetic. The people who have signed you petition must have either not been there or are blind!"
