Real Experiences
"I recently called to ask about visiting the dog centre and to see if a last-minute appointment might be possible. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. The woman I spoke with was noticeably curt and dismissive, and I felt as though my questions were treated as an inconvenience. I left the call feeling talked down to, and the tone made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. I’m not sure what caused the attitude, but the way I was spoken to certainly didn’t make me feel welcome. A little patience and courtesy would have gone a long way."

You can tell they have the dogs in their care best interest at heart. I've read a few negative reviews from other people which I completely disagree with! I travelled from Taunton, Somerset & not once did I have an issue. We are still in contact with ARC now sending photos via email of how he's doing. Thankyou ARC!! I wouldn't be without my little bestie! ♥️P.s I'd quite happily take on another frenchie brother or sister for him lol 😆"

They were very understanding on the day and dealt with us in a caring but professional manner assuring us he would be well looked after. They were very responsive to my emails about how he had settled in and I was so happy to hear that they’d found him a new home in less than 2 weeks! We will forever miss him but believe we made the right decision and trust they’ve found him a home that can provide for all his high energy crazy cockapoo needs! 100% recommend."

On return to the office I met with a manager and I just knew there was no way i was getting this dog. The manager did not make me feel welcome. I however tried to keep my hopes up and waited 4 days before I emailed again and asked for an update. Only to be told I was not rural enough (i live in a small village). 3 bed, semi detached house. I really don't understand why I would be invited to meet the dog when they had no intention of giving me a chance. They possibly need to vet people a bit more before getting them to drive 45 mins to meet a dog. Overall a disappointing experience. I have since gone to a larger adaption facility.i am now fostering a springer spaniel with the option to adopt.*I understand you want what's best for the animals, I fully agree. Just do the leg work and check before you bring in people to meet the dog."
