"Phoned today and got nothing but attitude when I explained my situation, to then be told the place is full and she just hung up. I’m not sure if the women on the other end has mental problems but I would stay very clear. I have never felt so upset and ashamed after this conversation, not to mention my dog has recently died and was told this at the start of the conversation. Very rude unprofessional behaviour. If you can’t control your emotions then you shouldn’t care for such loving animals."
